The Body Speaks,Are You Listening? Part III

Your bodymind is a complex of subtle energy, it only exists in the present moment, but when we hold on to anger from the past and fears of the future, they become part of the bodymind in the present moment. We then attract experiences into our life to help us recognize and clear these things that prevent us from being fully present in the here and now. The practice of being completely present to yourself as your own witness or observer, creates an inner environment for healing and transformation that will support you in being more fully grounded in the moment and further expand your conscious awareness of the present moment so that you will continue to ascend and live multi-dimensionally.

Meditation of some sort has become a must-do practice, we can no longer avoid it if we want ascend. We need toslow down in order to become fully present. For us older folk, we need the extra rest time so that our body’s cellular structure and DNA can be upgraded. We need the time to deepen our awareness and recognize the newness of our being in each moment. We need the time to listen to our hearts song and feel the vibrations of our own energy and the energy around us. We are being called back to our natural rhythms and the rhythms of nature, but we have gotten so out of tune with them, meditation is our only way back.
